This unfinished engineered oak flooring can be stained and finished to match any decor from natural to dark at any gloss level. Crafted utilizing five layers of solid wood permanently bonded together in a cross-ply design. No HDF or other fiber boards are utilized. The stability of this floor offers maximum installation options (float, staple, or glue down). Floor requires light sanding prior to finishing. Experienced finishing and installation is recommended.

Great for price
Recently installed this in our family room. We hired someone to put it in, but went in a day with no issues. We are refinishing some older hardwood floors in our house and I love that we can stain this at the same time to match. We needed this engineered product in the family room as this room is on concrete. I thought this wood was a great value and it looks great.

Great Product at a Great Price
This floor looks and feels like hard wood floors - for less than half the price! Sanded, stained, poly'd just like hard wood. Good quality. We did 2 rooms and we wish we did more.

Great product
Good uniformity in both color and cut from box to box. Rented 45 degree nailer from HD and shot 100 sq ft in about 4 hrs. I let it aclimate to our homes humidity but don't know if it was necessary.

I used this for a landing on my stairs and it laid down well. Took stain well and then accepted ...
I used this for a landing on my stairs and it laid down well. Took stain well and then accepted varnish easily. Easy to use but since its not surfaced finished you should expect some additional labor to put on the finish.

It went down easily and it looks great. The only thing I don't know about is durability. It appears to be a rotary cut ply and I don,t know if that affects durability.
