If energy efficiency is your priority.....
For those of you that have radiant heated floors this is the product to install under your carpet.
Most carpet padding have an R value of 4 to 5.
This one is below 2..... that means that the heat from your floors will not get trapped under the carpet forcing your furnace to work harder. It is more expensive than other pads but it will pay off in a couple of years and in comfort right away
