The Satin Brass Fluted 36 in. x 1-1/4 in. Seam Binder easily covers a seam or gap between two flooring surfaces of equal height. Seam Binders prevent carpet edges from fraying, vinyl floor seams from curling and creates a smooth transition between different flooring surfaces. Seam Binders are easily secured to wood and concrete floors with provided Screw Nails. For installation on concrete floors use Wooden Pegs (sold separately).
- Durable aluminum withstands high foot traffic areas in the home
- For use in doorways, room entry ways or other locations where two flooring surfaces meet
- Screw Nails fit firmly in pre-drilled holes for easy installation

Very Nice transition plateVery happy with this transition plate. After I ripped up all the old carpeting, (and discovered gorgeous hardwood floors underneath!) I needed something to cover the gap where hardwood met the tile kitchen floor. This seam binder fit perfectly, looks awesome, was very easy to install, and was inexpensive. Hopefully it will hold up to a lot of traffic and wear and tear and still look good. Excellent value, can't go wrong with this product.
