Pretty Good, but...
I bought this for resurfacing preschool bulletin boards. I had three 8' boards, so I thought this would be perfect. After I cut the first 8' section, I kept unrolling the roll to cut the next section only to discover this was two 12.5' sections taped together and then rolled up as one. I'm sure that is not a problem for flooring, but one of my bulletin boards has a seam down the middle and isn't quite as nicely aligned as the other two. The other two bulletin boards look great.

Affordable Cork
We did not use this cork for flooring but rather for wall poster-boards around the church. It worked great and was very affordable. Because it is on a roll (not sheets) it you have to work at attaching it well to keep it from curling or lifting.

This stuff was easy to roll out and cuts quick...
This stuff was easy to roll out and cuts quick with a razor. My only issue with it is it does rip easily if you are not careful. I used it under a floating vinyl floor, hoping it adds some insulation below the floor. So far it seems to work well, I've noticed a temperature difference already and I haven't finished the floor install yet.

Used for something else instead
This natural cork underlayment roll made a perfect bulletin board on the wall. It was easy to roll out on the adhesive; and it held together without tearing while it was being installed. The quality and the color look good on the wall. I have several large posters tacked to it and they are secure. Short thumb tacks must be used because of the thickness of the cork. I have used this product before as a bulletin board and know that it lasts.

Great value
Used this material to re-surface a large cork bulletin board. Removed the old cork and used spray
contact cement to glue this material to the original backer board. Worked well , was easy to work with
and was back on the wall in a few hours. My only issue is that I only needed 6 feet and now I have 19 feet left. No problem though because it was less expensive than buying a custom cut piece 6 feet long.

Worked great for our unconventional use of it-we backed it with white board, framed it and mounted it on the wall for large cork boards on our group room walls, as buying this product was the most reasonably priced way to go.
