Weighing in at around the 3 LB mark, this Polyester Garage Flooring has a very elegant look to it. Very pleasing on the eye but does it lay flat on the ground once put down? First I put it down on concrete and then on top of linoleum and finally on top of a carpet. Yes it does lie flat, but: after a couple of times of walking on it, every time I looked down at it, it had some `speed bumps` across the length (about 2 inches high). I put some heavy weights on the rug and left it overnight but the next day after removing the weights and walking on it a few times, the `speed bumps` returned. Each time I smoothed the flooring so it lay flat and it stays flat as long as it is not walked on. I ended up fitting it in my small kitchen floor and used double sided tape on the ends as it always gets muddy after the kids come in and head straight for the sink to wash their hands as I don’t like then traipsing through the house (my repeated requests to move muddy shoes has long fallen on deaf ears) Now that has been secured with the tape, it is easy to vacuum and any stains again are easy to remove using a damp cloth and best of all, the beautiful design remains the same, as new. Using a sharp knife ( I used a Stanley knife) it cut easily and did not fray leaving the sides looking neat and tidy. So is it worth the asking price? Yes it is but I would have preferred that it stays flat without it `creeping up` on itself without having to use tape when walking on it. Having said that, it does wear well and the design stays vibrant.

Nope. I had to return it. It was...Nope. I had to return it. It was not what I expected. Unfortunately it would not work out well where I planned to use it on my deck.

The camo design should fit with most garage and workshop decors. The mat itself is pleasing to lo...The camo design should fit with most garage and workshop decors. The mat itself is pleasing to look at. The mat provides cushioning and also helps keep feet clean when walking on it in just socks.
I had problems with the mat wanting to move once in place. It would bunch up in areas when walked upon. If used in a heavily trafficked area these is going to be a constant frustration. I ended up having to use two sided carpet tape to get this to stay laying flat and not bunch up.

I got this to do two things. One, to stop my 5 kittens from playing slip and slide down the long...I got this to do two things. One, to stop my 5 kittens from playing slip and slide down the long hallway from my kitchen, and two, to have someplace for people to leave their wet boots after coming in from outside in the rain or snow. This dries quickly because its thin so the material does not get saturated. It also has a foam backing that keeps the carpet in place. You cannot move the carpet by just kicking it. I needed a product to STAY PUT, not slide or rumple up, and that is exactly what I got. At 9 feet, I wasn't sure it would work since I tried all kinds of other carpets with different backing. I even tried carpet tape, which did not work at all. I also have to drive my wheelchair over it and don't need it popping up or moving around. Throw rugs or carpets that move can be a hazard for those on a cane or driving an electric wheelchair. This stays put where ever you place it until you move it. Mine is on vinyl flooring. It took a couple days to get 2 wrinkles out of it from packing when I first laid it down. But, it has remained in the same spot now for almost a week and no problems. Its easy to clean since there is no pile to it. I have a folk art/ country/ hunting cabin theme in that part of the house so the camo pattern I ordered matches well. Lots of branches, leaves, and brush in the pattern. I LOVE this carpet. You can use this anywhere.

We like this mat, and we're happy to have it in our garage in Michigan. The problem is that it co...We like this mat, and we're happy to have it in our garage in Michigan. The problem is that it comes folded and rolled up. Even after a week it doesn't lay flat. Sometimes it sticks up enough to catch a door. It doesn't slide around a lot, but neither does it stick firmly to the concrete. I have gone into the garage in snowy weather, and my shoes tend to slip on bare concrete. The mat does a nice job of providing traction even in those areas where snow melts.
