The QEP 21 in. Manual Tile Cutter with 10 mm post style cutting wheel scores and snaps wall and floor tiles up to 21 in., 15 in. diagonally. The solid, chrome-plated steel rails offer smooth scoring, while the welded center breaker beam and level foam side pads provide clean cuts and level surface. This cutter also includes an adjustable rip guide designed to help make repetitive cuts in tile faster and easier. This ceramic and porcelain tile cutter is ideal for the profession tile installer.

Bought one of these today to tile a bathroom and closet with the 7"x20" wood-look ceramic tiles. Normally I'd just use my wet saw but decided since this was a relatively simple job it'd be nice to have a quicker option. I do not regret this choice for a second! I picked this one over the smaller cutters as I thought I might need to slice some along the 20" side, and I was right. This cutter has not let me down at all. No matter if it was taking a 1" piece off the 20" side, slicing up the 7" side, or even a small corner piece off a 4" leftover chunk. Not a single random break or problem.
The only issue I've had with this thing is that it appears to be missing the thumb screw that holds the little measurement piece in place. I went to 2 Home Depot stores and every single tile cutter I looked at appeared to have been previous opened or returned. Rolled the dice and lost in this one small way. Luckily I haven't needed that part for this job.
4 out of 5 stars. I would recommend this cutter for anyone working with standard (IE cheap) ceramic tiles up to 20". 1 star deducted for the missing part.

Absolute junkDo not buy the bars flex, the scorer does not stay straight, it shatters tile upon breaking after scoring, this is the worst piece of junk you could get. The replacement tile score cutting wheels last less than one box before they start chucking out QEP products are absolute grabage!!!

We had 4” square tiles to cut the corners off...We had 4” square tiles to cut the corners off of in order to replace a 9 1/2” by 36” area on front of a replaced tub. The tile were just too small and delicate for the cutter to work on. We had to buy a saw blade and use a side grinder to cut the tile.

This tile cutter is good for only one thing...splitting tiles...This tile cutter is good for only one thing...splitting tiles in two. The closer to two equal tiles the better. It cannot cut a notch out of a tile or cut a thin slice off one edge of a tile. Also, I had a problem keeping the cutter locked in position.

You can do some quick work with this tool when...You can do some quick work with this tool when you dont have to run out to the garage w a wet saw. Once you figure out how easy it is to use you can move along nicely. Felt pike a quality tool. Very happy w purchase. I am a contractor.

This tool cut well for about ten tiles then worked...This tool cut well for about ten tiles then worked awfull. Break line became ragged and incomplete. Ended up using my angle grinder with a tile blade to cut my straight lines.
