Installed this in master bathroom going under some mosaic tiles. Pro: Very easy to size and cut up for selected work areas. I prefer cutting it up with some industrial scissors. Con: A little difficult getting out the air bubbles and smoothing it out once laid over the thinset mortar, but with some elbow grease it's doable.
