Beautiful white glossy subway tiles. Not a single one was broken. I did have some trouble with Home Depot's online delivery system- it showed that certain numbers were in stock, but when I arrived at the store to pick them up, only half or fewer were available. I ended up visiting all 5 home depot locations in the area to get all the tiles I needed for my project. (Not just these tiles, but others as well). It was a huge pain, especially because Customer Service did not keep good track of which ones I was not able to pick up, so I had to spend literally hours and hours on the phone several times to get refunds. Calling the store in advance of pickup did not help, because the store Customer Service relies on the same computer system as the website to tell you if tiles are in stock or not. The guys who work the floor never pick up the phone, so you'll sit on hold for hours if you try. You will only know for sure once you arrive if they are there or not.

The tiles cut and fit well. The job looks great....The tiles cut and fit well. The job looks great. Negative, all of the tiles had to be ordered on line and shipping was expensive.In-store pickup is 30-40 miles. Lastly one whole 8 pack of tiles were shattered, but I had ordered more than we needed and returned the rest. I would buy them again.

The tile was shipped to the local Home Depot within...The tile was shipped to the local Home Depot within days and there was no breakage! This is the fourth online purchase I have made and continue to be pleased with the results.

The best tile, true white and in stock!Had such a hard time finding a true white subway tile, this one was it. Not one broken, cracked or chipped piece in 40 boxes. Cut like a dream. Would use this tile over and over again. Only issue was no trim pieces available but this turned out to be a good thing as it led me to the metal trim, which looks fabulous in the space. Much better than bullnose. So happy with my backsplash and this tile, can't wait to move on to the bathrooms, will use this tile again for sure.

BE CAREFUL USING THIS TILEOverall, we are happy with this tile. However, most of the tiles we purchased were made in China, but a couple of the tiles were made in the US - even though the boxes look the same. They are NOT the same color, and fortunately my installer caught the few "rogue" tiles in time. The tiles from China are whiter than the ones made in the US, but you may not notice it until they are on the wall. Other than that the tile is nice and a good value.

The 8 pack is a great feature as I was...The 8 pack is a great feature as I was able to return the 4 packs I didn't use to the store. The color was uniform throughout the packs and unlike some of the other brands this tile actually has a matching bullnose. Didn't have to buy a different brand or model of bullnose and hope the color matched
