Installed this flooring in a hallway, dining room and kitchen and have concluded it was a major mistake. The product information didn't mention that this flooring is not suitable for a kitchen or bathrooms because of it's extreme sensitivity to water. In addition we've found that the flooring seems to vary in thickness such that there are ridges between floor planks. Another problem we've experience is that the laminate (color) layer is chipping off in various places. We purchased this product because of it's cost and advertised thickness and assumed thicker is better; however, that seems not to be the case. We've since talked with other people that have gotten different products at equal or better pricing that doesn't have the problems we've experienced. With the help of the Home Depot COS person we've filed a claim with the manufacturer and are awaiting resolution. Our recommendation is NOT USE THIS FLOORING IN KITCHEN OR BATH and shop around before you buy! We put our trust in Home Depot's not carrying inferior products or being up-front about it's compatibility...a few questions at sale time would have saved us many headaches!

The floor sections are not all "even" -...The floor sections are not all "even" - causing some slight ridges where the snap together. However they are not consistent, some sections of the finished install look great . Others have some shading at these ridges . For this I give it an average rating - Not the worst and not the best flooring our there and priced appropriately.

very difficult to install. Edges tended to chip and bubble...very difficult to install. Edges tended to chip and bubble when boards are tapped together. The need for rolls of underlayment also reflected negatively Save yourself aggravation and money in the long run...do what I should have done and purchase higher priced floor with padding attached. Very disappointed with product.

The new laminate flooring that I purchased does not fit...The new laminate flooring that I purchased does not fit together with the same flooring that I purchased from home depot a few months ago. I have to tear the entire floor up and start over something about the milling had changed.......

I have used this flooring of 4-5 different projects and...I have used this flooring of 4-5 different projects and the one now is over 5000 sq foot of flooring. It is a great flooring due to the thickness of the wood. Would not use anything else.
