Installation was pretty straight forward, although I learned that you cannot use a typical flooring stapler with hammer, you have to use a regular pneumatic gun with a foot for tongue and groove.
The groove on stair nose piece is a LOT wider than the tongue on the boards where it should meet up. And, the top of the groove is weak, I easily broke a piece off before I even got it installed.
It's supposed to be random lengths, but one box I got had 19 out of 20 pieces that were the full size boards. (see picture) Lucky for me I found it early. MOST of the boxes had more long boards than anything else. The random lengths were in groups around a similar size.
I have a coffee table on wheels that are round, so they have a concentrated spot that they sit on, it's not all that heavy, but has left dents everywhere I've moved it, including IMMEDIATELY on the completion of the floor. Wheels now gone. I'm not thrilled with the prospect of the long-term durability. Office chair with me in it doesn't leave dents (and I'm a lot heavier than the table!) Also have a stain already. Some kind of oil spilled and it won't come up, seems to have soaked in. (less than 2 days after install)
Right now it all looks GREAT but not sure about the future.

This floor looks great. It was hard to order but the website finally fixed that. Its pretty durab...This floor looks great. It was hard to order but the website finally fixed that. Its pretty durable. But I only have kids (no pets) to compare. A friend and I installed this (he is a pro and I wanted to learn). We used 18g staples. I called the manufacturer for a recommendation but they didn't get back to me. The only reason I am rating is 4 stars is because there is NO gray in this floor. The picture should be updated.

This was the 2nd floor we used this flooring on because we were so satisfied with the first (cott...This was the 2nd floor we used this flooring on because we were so satisfied with the first (cottage) floor. It goes together easily and has never buckled or shrunk from humidity. We pinned it every 8" or so and neither floor makes a sound Very satisfied.

The wood is not as silver as it appears but is really pretty with lots of variation to make it in...The wood is not as silver as it appears but is really pretty with lots of variation to make it interesting. Was easy to glue down once you get the hang of it. Ran it all the way through to the bathroom.
