We used this at the top of stairs in conjunction with Cap A Tread stair steps to transition our n...We used this at the top of stairs in conjunction with Cap A Tread stair steps to transition our new LifeProof flooring. It looks great now but was far from ideal in terms of installation. After some very creative alteration it looks and works great. If you're looking for transition at the top of stairs and are willing to do a little extra work, we recommend this product. Wish Home Depot provided better accessory products for the LifeProof flooring but after installing and living with these products for a few weeks, we're very happy with the new floor. Best advice is not to hurry the installation. Being careful with all the details has given us a beautiful floor; friends who rushed a bit had very different results.

You do not get many second chances putting this floor...You do not get many second chances putting this floor together. If you take apart the seam after it is set in place the channels break off in the groves. Other than installation, I like the floors.
