While we are very, very satisfied with the carpet, we are unable to get the installing company to return to trim the lower stairway--even after 5 contacts by me and one by the flooring department employee at Home Depot. Will highly recommed carpet but not the installation co.

Been trying to get sample (not just this one but quite a variety of samples) for more than 2 mont...
Been trying to get sample (not just this one but quite a variety of samples) for more than 2 months. Have been told by Homedepot.com that sample(s) is/are unavailable and to call their distributor, however was told by them to put in my email and that they would reset it, however STILL no samples. The one time I got the samples I requested, the carpet did not match the description on the back (information) - USELESS. Very frustrating. I was told firstly by Homedepot.com to pick a different carpet (not Petproof) and then I was told to go to Lowe's (What!!!). Just a suggestion, you might want to remind your homedepot.com representatives that they work for HOME DEPOT and not Lowe's (unless of course they are working both sides of the fence).
