This floor is gorgeous! Getting it from home depot is nothing they should be proud of. So we bought 800 sq. Foot and picked up at store( no issues at all). Why they would have a sample and not carry it is craziness to me. They have no floors in stock that are light they all are dark or oak. Bummer.. then we went to get 500 more sq. Foot and it wouldnt let us ship to store..? But said it was available in store! I was excited but shouldnt had gotten so excited because no store within a hundred miles had it in stock despite saying they do! It was 48 hours after the last order.. so ship to home was the only option. So I ordered it thinking it cant be that bad.. well..despite what the web site said while ordering it now has it arriving during our vacation! So what in the world.. so bummed the web site should be accurate. So do I go on my summer vacation with my 3 kids or stay home to receive the 900.00 worth of flooring! So mad!

Having said that, we ordered more than we needed but still had to order more because there were so many damaged pieces. We even used some damaged pieces where we could to keep from having to order more. Fortunately Home Depot was really good about refunding our money for the damaged boards. Damaged during shipping, I assume. It was a pain having to order more and wait for it with half the floor sitting undone. We ordered 21 boxes, total and ended up having to return 6. Still giving four stars because we are really happy with the way it looks/. Can’t speak to durability as we’ve only had it down for a couple of weeks. I will say, we have a dog and it doesn’t show every speck of dirt like our old floor.

If it was, you could hand-pick the boxes. HALF my order came damaged in some way. We did the best we could, as we were crunched on project time, and used the bad ones for end cuts, etc. With some of them we just made do - BIG MISTAKE. Any piece we used with even tiny damage popped a little on the corner. The good thing is that it clicks together so easy (no more tapping). Summary: 1) DO NOT use any planks that aren't absolutely perfect, and 2) order extra boxes, so you can pick out the good pieces and return damages. The overall look is really, really pretty. Unfortunately, I will probably have to redo the whole thing in a year.

I am a big fan of laminates and luxury vinyl flooring so this is not biased because this is not real wood. It print looks like a photograph with no realistic feel to it. The image looks like a cheap imitation of wood pattern and looks totally unreal. The most ridiculous part is the color..its looks like painted plastic, no realism what-so-ever. It looks nothing like the picture depicted. I double checked the box just to make sure I got the right product ..Not sure if they changed the product or the manufacturer (as of Jul 2018) since there are so many positive reviews.

The product itself looks very nice and seemed to assemble...The product itself looks very nice and seemed to assemble okay. Since my intended use was for a decorative wall application, I can't comment on durability underfoot.My 2-star rating comes from the fact that I had to order six boxes (waiting approx.10-12 days per box) before I could get one box that contained undamaged product. All boxes were completely damaged in the same way, which would seem to indicate careless A+R shipping/logistic practices.If you order a large quantity, you would be wise to expect a high percentage of boxes to have their complete contents unusable due to destroyed corners.

We had a little glitch with the texts telling of...We had a little glitch with the texts telling of delivery, since the order came in two shipments. (Transitions came separately). We are thrilled with the color of the flooring and it makes the room look so much larger. Easy to work with.

We do not only LIKE this flooring, we absolutely LOVE it!! Everyone that comes in to the house ju...We do not only LIKE this flooring, we absolutely LOVE it!! Everyone that comes in to the house just thinks it's the most beautiful flooring they have seen. The flooring is not completely installed throughout the entire house yet and we are getting these reactions. Our nephew is installing the flooring and loves the ease of the installation and the beauty of it! We are redecorating in the industrial chic/barn wood style and the flooring is PERFECT for this effect!
