my opinionThey give it a good finish no doubt of it. I found easier to cut the plastic with the cuter our any sharp knife to prevent leaving burr. If you try to bend it, it would only distort. The metal base however have to be snapped quickly or it would just bend. Package includes 4 screws and 4 plastic anchors, which were so few in my opinion to make the whole 72" sturdy; if you're using it on a door, for example, you may use the four of them on the first installment and then need to buy more to fix the rest of the molding on another door
