It looked beautiful at first, but it is SO fragile. Anything and everything that is dropped on it damages it. Examples include... Legos, my iphone charger, a piece of silverware, a plastic light saber, keys, etc. Anything that is dropped crushes or breaks the thin top layer of color so you then see the light wood underneath. Just FORGET about having any animal walk on it. The salesman said he'd never seen flooring so brittle and Mohawk would NOT stand behind the product, even within weeks of the installation. They both pointed fingers at each other. The installer apparently stopped carrying it because of this, but we were still left with the full $14,000 bill.

Wonderful product...beautiful floor!You had to be extremely careful when insatlling to not break off the edge ridge on the side o each strip...VERY fragile! Also quite a few edges on the flooring itself were damaged when we opened the boxes...should be better packaged.

Looks better than I thought it would… nice clean...Looks better than I thought it would… nice clean finish. Be aware that the “hand scraped” affect is very subtle… other products have much more pronounced grooves. I nailed it down with the Powernail cleats and it is rock solid, rather than floating. It makes the floor feel much more substantial
