Used this T-Molding to transition from planked flooring to carpeting. Easy to cut with hack saw or jig saw. Snaps into track that was included with the molding. The tracks needs to be screwed down. Easy enough but only 4 screws were provided. Used a rubber mallet to "snap" the molding down into the track.
Once the molding is inserted into the track, it's pretty hard to back out. Better make sure the molding is trimmed to exactly how and where you want it.
Overall, easy to install, looks good. I'm satisfied.

Although I really liked the look and feel of the product as well as all the features it offered. Was disappointed in locking system. ridges that lock into one another were very shallow and fragile. They broke apart easily.
