Flooring is completely damaged and full of defects with white discolored rectangle shapes in every box and it looks awful! We bought about 2400 SF of material and we are very sad with the way it turned out, we are very disappointed to say the least. Our satisfaction is bellow zero! Not to mention the fact that you charged us and kept the money along with the express delivery fee for a week and never delivered as promised, because you actually did not have the floor to sell. You finally found some of the flooring in another state and told us we needed to go pick up there and when we got there they had no floor for us, we had to drive again to another state on another day and finally got the only boxes left in the country, so we were told. After all this ordeal when floor was being install we found the damages and defects as mentioned above. During our renovations we gave our trust to Home Depot and to material you make and sell, and in every step of the way we had defective materials and scary threatening delivery people and with poor quality all around. We are letting everyone we know about the lack of quality and delivery services Home Depot has provided us. We just wanted to have what we paid for and for the quality that it was promised, but the floor we have now is not that at all. That is dishonest!

This product was extremely easy to install. After learning how to install it, two of us put down...This product was extremely easy to install. After learning how to install it, two of us put down flooring in a ~500sf area in approximately 3 hours. It has only been installed for about a week, but it seems very durable and looks great. It does show dirt and dust rather easily due to its dark color. However, it's extremely easy to clean, so that has not been a big deal. I should mention the tongue and groove edge of the boards are rather fragile and many of them were damaged upon delivery. I would recommend ordering more than you think is necessary to ensure that your project can be completed. However, once installed, the floor seems very strong.

I am a very happy customer by choosing this flooring. Although it's not installed yet I love the ...I am a very happy customer by choosing this flooring. Although it's not installed yet I love the look, feel and quality of this flooring. I got an excellent sale price so I purchased extra. I needed 630sf and I purchased 1000sf. So happy I did. After installation I will update this review with pictures. So far one happy camper here.

DON'T DO IT! 1/3 ARE DEFECTIVE TILES straight from the box with chips on the ends and sides. You ...DON'T DO IT! 1/3 ARE DEFECTIVE TILES straight from the box with chips on the ends and sides. You don't want your new floor to look 10 years old! Once you open a box of tiles, they are not returnable. Save your money and buy a different brand. (You cannot see so well from the pic, but many of the edges appear white or irregular.)

I bought this on sale and I found out why there are some pieces that you come across that are t...I bought this on sale and I found out why there are some pieces that you come across that are two to three shades lighter and can be very noticeable that why a four star floor went together very easy and looks great if you pick out all the off pieces only had three board out of nine boxes very light

It is great flooring, the only thing i found that...It is great flooring, the only thing i found that was hard was they changed the tongue and groove a little bit from the older version. It made it very hard to get it to match the flooring i bought last year same brand same thickness same style. It holds up to our 4 children and our large dog.

There was a few pieces that had white spots on it, however we didnt notice until the floor was installed and cleaned, lucky most of it is in spots where it is not noticeable.
