This product has achieved GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certification and has been tested for more than 10,000 volatile organic compounds, including formaldehyde, to meet these standards. The tongue and groove installation is easy and economical; above grade, on grade and below grade. I really appreciate this flooring. I had two hallways and staircase done in this product a couple years ago and ordered this online to complete a bedroom. The bedroom flooring just done butts against the hallway flooring done in this product from a couple years ago. I really am very pleased with the look. There is no discrepancy between the two...you would never know the difference. No fading. The flooring is solid to walk on and rich in appearance. Very nice.
