Poor quality
Too many color variations - from almost paper white to a very dark browns and grays. I guess as a solution for the second class planks which did not make a cut to a quality product, the manufacturer just gave this flooring a fancy name "rustic". Also there was maybe 2-4 at most decent sized planks per box, a big bulk of an average box consists of planks 5 to 15 inches long. I would have returned it if it was not such a hassle. I guess its tolerable, but if I only new and could see a sample before, for the money I've paid I would have gotten a better quality floors.

This is complete garbage. 5 years old and the finish is peeling off. Bruce told us they will do...This is complete garbage. 5 years old and the finish is peeling off. Bruce told us they will do nothing to back their product. Run, don't walk, from any Bruce product.

It would seem that this company does not apply quality control before packaging. It means that ev...It would seem that this company does not apply quality control before packaging. It means that every piece must be looked at and defects cut before use. A lot of work for a rather high price tag. I perceive it as uncaring and overpriced and it is a burden to send it back. It was used in a small bedroom where the furniture hides the lousy work at the factory. For 50% reduction the quality could be recommended.
