If it was just for looks this product would get 5 stars. It is beautiful in our remodel. Below are the pros and cons as to why I only gave it 3 stars. If I could do half stars it would probably get 3.5.
Pros:
1. Looks great.
2. Installed fairly easily (for an experienced DIY'er).
3. Excellent price.
Cons:
1. Quality was so-so. Many unusable boards out of my 1000 sqft order. A bunch of splits, missing tongues/grooves, etc. Also, even with a meticulously prepared subfloor, we still got creaks. I can push on a couple bad ones on the groove side with my thumb and make just that one board move. Tells me that the tongue on the adjacent part or groove of the creaky board or both were out of spec allowing the one board to wiggle.
2. There are many rough spots and knot holes. I expected this going into the install but you really need to inspect each board you put down for the things listed in con 1 and for holes and rough spots if you don't want them in high traffic areas.
Overall, my wife and I really like the flooring and are happy with it. It wasn't the easiest to install but if you know what you are doing it will be fine. Hickory is a very hard wood, some jig saw blades don't do well with it. I used my table saw for most of the complicated cuts. I would recommend it based on looks and price.

The product has far exceeded my expectations. The...The product has far exceeded my expectations. The boards are truly solid hardwood, and are very sturdy and durable. I have laid 37 feet of Board from a living room to a kitchen and the Boards are very straight. I have encountered no warping. The colors and sculping are fantastic. There have been a few boards where the tongue is damaged or partially missing . No big deal as I am using 2 inch staples over 3/4 inch plywood so the Boards are nice and snug. Overall I am very pleased and highly recommend this product.
