This product is a SEAM ADHESIVE. It is meant to stick vinyl down at the seams, including vinyl tile. It works similarly to the big buckets of floor adhesive but is meant for small jobs just at the seams. Use it after you have the vinyl rolled onto the floor over the regular adhesive. It makes a good final bond at the edges to ensure there are no gaps in the adhesive layer. If you need a product to actually seal the seams in your vinyl after the adhesive is set, to fill gaps, hide the seam as much as possible and seal out moisture, then you should use ARMSTRONG S500 or MANNINGTON MHS22. There are other vinyl floor seam sealers made but the two above are good products. Some are epoxy/acrylic (very hard wearing) and others are latex (very convenient and water clean up). This product, Armstrong Floor Adhesive, is not a clear-drying, gap-filling, moisture-sealing seam sealer. If you use it for that it will collect dirt and get dark gray and let moisture leak under your seam eventually. If you are using this to seal seams you might as well just let your regular floor adhesive ooze up through the seam and wipe off the excess. You'll get the same results.

I cleaned up under the curled area, applied the Seam Adhesive under the area and weighted that section of flooring for a day. The flooring stayed flat and then I caulked the edge with the shower base. The result was like the flooring had just been laid. It worked as I needed it to and much better than the normal flooring adhesive would have.
