Beautiful tile, make sure your installer knows how to do glass!!! No edges!
We decided to use this for our shower walls and backsplash not knowing how difficult glass tile is to work with.
1. MSI does not make edges or "bullnose" for this tile because the edges are rounded already. This means you HAVE to cut it if your installation doesn't measure EXACTLY . If your shower is 32" wide (like ours) then you have to cut a tile.
2. You HAVE to use "wonderboard" or cement backerboard. You CANNOT use plaster/sheetrock.
3. Read the manufacturer's website for the right kind of adhesive. It has to be appropriate for GLASS. Not everything sticks to glass.
4. You cannot use a SANDED grout. IT WILL SCRATCH THIS TILE.
5. This is not rectified tile, you HAVE to have at least a 3/32" grout line. Our installer tried to do it without a grout line and we learned the hard way. He had to remove and buy new tile.
Lookswise, this tile is STUNNING when done correctly. There is no comparison to the large tile. The smaller tile will not look as good.

Problem is, the "bisque" coating is brittle and does not cut cleanly with either a snap cutter or tile saw with a fine-cut diamond blade. Cuts result in small chunks of coating blowing off---which for tiles cut to go into corners or around electrical outlets means that you will be able to see the darker color of your tile adhesive or tile backing through the face of the tile. This tile comes from China---can't help but wonder if they're now putting their excess melamine (poisonous to pets) in their tile backing material instead of pet food. If you use this tile, be prepared for cuts to cause visual issues. BTW, I've been a CA-licensed tile contractor for 25 years and would expect more quality from this Home Depot product.

Same exact product - two boxes are very white while the rest are the same shade. We had to check every box, we have to pay to remove and replace them and now our project is behind for our final inspection. POOR QUALITY!!!!

So they're very very difficult to match for any type of paint. I also used a VERY light gray/off-white mortar for the wall.. just to try and keep the integrity of the color. However, color "classification" aside - as long as you have the right tools and bits for cutting glass, they're absolutely wonderful. The TILE themselves I would give 5/5. For Home Depot's classification and the image displayed - I feel it's a completely unrealistic representation of the product. None of them were chipped during the shipping process - they're all absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to finish the room.

Coolest blacksplash ever!A beautiful color - we paired it with black granite that has green highlights. It is a trick to cut, though. It's much harder than ceramic tile and will not score and snap evenly. Must be cut with a wet saw. I found it was best to cut v e r r r y slowly. Then the cut edge needs to be sanded smooth or buffed with a sanding stone to even it out. I used 1/16" spacers and white unsanded grout for a great look. Everything I read said sanded grout would scratch the surface and might not do well in so narrow a space. You also must use a white mortar - I used Home's Glass Tile Premium Thin-Set Mortar.

Great choice for a backsplash.Artic Ice tile turned out beautiful. We used white grout and that really accented the color of the tile. I can't really give any cons because I didn't install the tile, my contractor did.

LOVE THIS TILE!We had this professionally installed, so I can't speak to ease of installation except to say that they didn't seem frustrated. This is beautiful tile. The edges are rounded down slightly, which is really nice. The light reflects off them so well.
People who have seen our kitchen comment on the backsplash first!
