My rating is based solely of the packaging of the product. Two full boxes (25 tile had the corners broke off, however, I was able to use 20 pieces for the corners of the shower walls, several pieces were unusable. We also purchase nearly twice as much Delray Beige (non-wave) and only several pieces had broken corners. How do you return a box of broken pieces? in a garbage bag I guess.

Know the undetonesThe sample I received actually had some splashes or either paint or grout on it. It was also a very weird off white. Beige can mean a LOT of things.....a yellow creamy beige, a pinky beige, a gray beige or a greenish beige. This tile is none of those. It might work in some applications but I am disappointed in Home Depot's ability to describe the color to me and also the fact that the sample has something on it. It's just a yucky bland color....that isn't really a color if that makes sense. Complements nothing....not "compliments" but "complements" nothing. I am a design professional and have never seen a more blasse' looking tile.
