Love my floor
Very satisfied with our floors. Romanoff installers did a very good job. My subfloor was not level. Plywood installation to build up subfloor was necessary. The 3/8" engineered planks need glue down installation. Installers did an excellent job and we are happy with our floors.

More importantly, the click lock is not good. Many of the boards are separating. And YES, my floor is level. If these boards continue to pop up and separate, the whole floor installation is going to have to be taken up and replaced.
If it continues to fail, I will contact the manufacturer, but my hopes are not high that they will do anything to resolve it.

Grooves to fit were backwards on a few sections, had to scrap. Some sections were difficult to install due to poor groove or poor fit. Color was off in some sections, had to scrap. Overall, after gluing as recommended, the floor came out OK. Other engineered locking hardwood brands used in other installations of same floating type floor, installed much easier.
