Very pleased with our new floors!
We are so happy with our new floors. My only regret is that we didn't put them in sooner. They look absolutely gorgeous. We went with gunstock and it is a beautiful warm rich color. Our whole house looks transformed. Every piece fit perfectly and it was easy enough to install ourselves. I especially like that we could use the same flooring in the basement as well. That provided us with the continuity of style we were looking for throughout our whole house. We would recommend this product to anyone. Simple to install, and looks GREAT!

poor qualityI have had my Bruce flooring for 3.5 years and it looks awful. Yes, I have dropped things on it and it does dent, it scratches easily and it shows every scuff mark. HOWEVER- there is a BIGGER problem with the flooring- I have submitted a claim to Armstrong and had a chunk of my floor sent to them. The dark grain in the wood in greying. We do not wear shoes in our home, we do not have pets and I have only used the Bruce floor cleaner they insist on being used. They are stating that it is not a manufacturer issue, but cannot tell me why it is greying. I would not recommend this flooring to anyone. It a floor, I get it, its gonna wear- But the grain should not change colors- especially dark brown to grey.

However I was making repairs to a floor that was installed nearly 20 years ago. The new sections of floor looks great while the old floor looks even older. The design of the product doesn't appear to have changed much over the years. Good quality.

DisappointedI chose Bruce Wood Flooring because I had is in my last home and the 18yr old floor still matched the extra pieces from the basement. But that was 1985 manufacture that was acrylic impregnated commercial quality. This new 2012 stuff is made in China ans splintery. Every time I drop something it marks...like a nightlight, can of food, silverware. Both are kitchen floors. What a shame, since the install is beautiful. Yeah, Bruce guarantees the finish but construction is a mess and to replace it with more inferior product? I don't think so. My advice, do real wood. It's less expensive than replacing every 4 years. I won't do Bruce Floors again.
