This durable prefinished engineered real wood floor will enhance the value of your home. The flooring is crafted of five layers of solid wood permanently bonded together in a cross-ply design. No HDF or other fiber boards are utilized. The stability of this construction provides superior strength, humidity resistance and multiple installation locations (suitable for upper floors, ground floors and below grade). The aluminum oxide finish provides more abrasion resistance than ordinary urethane finishes. Our flooring is proudly crafted in Tennessee from responsibly harvested wood. Our company has been crafting wood floors of exceptional quality for over 115 years. This floor is safe for your home and exceeds CARB Phase II and FloorScore Air Quality Requirements plus qualifies for LEEDS points.

Installing the floor was simple because the dimensions were right on. There was some waste because of the grade of the oak finish than there was of ill fitting boards. The grade quality of the finish oak layer is probably a number 2 common. Having done several floors in the past I was disappointed with the actual quality of finished polyurethane coat. Already I plan to add an additional polyurethane coat on the completed floor myself. For what you pay for a floor such as this one would think the manufacturer would spend more money applying a quality finish during the manufacturing process.

Installed this in two bedrooms and a closet over the last three weeks. It was my first experience...Installed this in two bedrooms and a closet over the last three weeks. It was my first experience with engineered tongue and groove versus click lock but I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of installation. The floor looks fabulous when done and I look forward to finishing the upstairs of our home in this wood floor.

Durability extremely poorColor is great and exactly what we wanted. However, based on my research engineered hardwood flooring is supposed to very durable. I have had the flooring installed for less than two months and have had to oil stain numerous nicks in the flooring. Very frustrating after the amount I paid for the flooring and installation.

I will buy more of this to do another room. made in America, good job.
