We put these tiles up both as a kitchen backsplash...
We put these tiles up both as a kitchen backsplash and on the wall of the kitchen island. The final look was amazing. It was a little difficult to get the grout off the tiles due to their uneven surface. We found piping the grout into the cracks worked much better than a traditional grouting method.

This porcelain tile has an old world chiseled brick look with excellent workability and durabilit...This porcelain tile has an old world chiseled brick look with excellent workability and durability. FYI, make sure you order more than enough of this product to cover your project. This product is available online only so you are unable to choose the boxes that have the same manufacturing date as you would if you were purchasing it in the store. As with any tile, there can be variations in color and texture from different manufacturing dates. Out of the 7 boxes I ordered, 3 of them had a slightly different texture, color, and the sheen. Note, If you over order, Home Depot said they will except returns for a full refund of any full boxes of the product at your local store.

The tile is very beautiful! I love the size and texture. Just know it is VERY Shiny! Not glittery...The tile is very beautiful! I love the size and texture. Just know it is VERY Shiny! Not glittery, more like Icy. I was between this one and the Merola Tile: Brooklin Brick White, and even though I'd prefer this size and texture, I'd need the not so glimmery finish of the other.
This tile is perfect for a wall tile too, it's thinner and it gives you way more clearance for things. Most tiles are pretty thick. I'd read someone else's for knowing how well it cuts. It would most likely need a saw to cut, not nippers.

I knew what I was looking for, and this tile fit the bill perfectly! I finished building my small...I knew what I was looking for, and this tile fit the bill perfectly! I finished building my small home last year and have always felt like something was missing. Decided to find a tile that looked like white brick and this Merola tile was certainly it.What I didn't expect was just how beautiful it would be!! The texture and finish are just gorgeous and the tile looks "rich". It's got a perfect sheen to it without being to glossy, yet still very easy to wipe clean. I'm thrilled!
