I ordered 1200 sqft of SHAW floor, directly shipped from Oregon. When I got those I opened them up in the living room for 2 days then start the installation. Guess what,
more than half of the planks are not flat, like 20 degree ark shape.
What a nightmare to return 50 boxes of the floor to local homedepot.
However homedepot issued refund without even question asked. It was just obvious quality issue.
again, nice good looking floor, terrible quality. and delayed my renovation at least two more weeks.

Boards are not flatOrdered one box and every board was bowed. Returned it and ordered a second box and had the same exact problem. It is a shame since Shaw is such a good name but I do not recommend this product

Waited for Home Depot to have in store samples for months and flooring staff had very little info...Waited for Home Depot to have in store samples for months and flooring staff had very little information on this product. I ordered a box and every piece was bowed on each end. Not sure if it was the product or how it was stored but I returned it and will go with another flooring option elsewhere.
