Interlocking High Density Foam Floor Tiles (Case of 25) are made of a high density foam with a textured top making them a perfect choice for your home gym, aerobic areas or as a dance floor underlayment. With the puzzle interlocking system, our Sport Plus Designer tiles are easy to install and relocate if needed. No adhesive is required for installation. These interlocking tiles are an economical dance floor underlayment solution for home, recreation and club dance studios, this single layer of high density foam will provide separation from hard floors for dancers. The high density foam is also durable enough for the weight of exercise equipment and heavy workouts. Our Sport Plus Designer tiles come in a pack of 25 tiles, providing 96.8 sq. ft. of coverage. Each tile measures 2 ft. by 2 ft. and is 10 mm thick and includes 2 border strips each. Easily install these on any indoor hard, flat surface, creating a comfortable workout space.

This flooring is perfect for my home gym. I have a power rack, bench, plate tree, dumbbells, and excercise bike and this stuff has held up quite nicely. I was hesitant to not use adhesive but there have been no issues so far. It slid perfectly under my baseboard (your mileage may vary) and was super easy to cut with a new blade in the utility knife.
