Mark E Industries, Inc. presents Goof Proof Shower with the Standard Shower Kit. With this system, you can construct any size or shape shower base and shower pan with single or multiple shower curb thresholds; left, right or centered drain; wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant; tile ready showers. All kits have the built-in, code-required slope and can be used with any shower base pan liner system currently on the market today. The Standard Shower Kit permits easy construction of shower floors with the proper minimum water drainage slope of 1/4 in. per 12 in. run. These time-saving kits permit construction of standard 36 in. x 60 in. shower areas with a centered drain. Kit includes 1-PPK-201 Pre-Pitch, 2-KP-543 Kirb-Perfect, 1-QPK-101 Quick-Pitch, 1-PWP-106 Positive Weep Hole Protector, 1- SPL/40/6 Pan Liner and installation DVD.

This product makes building leak proof shower easy.Made building leak proof shower base and curb so easy and simplified the slope to shower drain. The instuctional video takes you step by step from floor to walls installation to ensure a leak proof shower.
Highly recommended for the do-it-yourselfer.

An easy way to build a custom shower panGoof Proof is exactly what the name says; goof proof! This is a great product, easy to use and almost impossible to mess up. The kit comes with easy to understand instructions and the materials are very easy to work with; no fancy tools required. You only get 6 float sticks with each kit. More than likely you will need at least 8. If you are building a corner shower pan you will definitely need two packages of the curb perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about this product. I would most definitely recommend it to anyone building a custom shower pan.

Great product for DIY shower pan installationThis product took the worry out of ensuring an even pitch for your shower pan. The product is easy to use and comes with an instructional DVD. If you are building a shower pan from scratch, this product will make things a lot easier. Only MINOR issue is that when you build a shower pan on a concrete slab, the pre-pitch needs two-sided tape to secure angled legs to the floor. It's not provided!

makes pouring a shower pan easy and quick with a perfect pitchi have poured shower pans before with out this product and never had a problem this just made it easier and quicker just a little expensive for pieces of plastic

Great tool for do it yourself-ersI bought this shower pan kit to build a shower floor for my mom's new house. I did a little research on youtube for some "how to" tips and along with this kit it was a successful project. I definitely recommend it!

I was installing in a 36""X45"" shower. the kit installed easily enough. i did however encounter a ...I was installing in a 36"X45" shower. the kit installed easily enough. i did however encounter a couple of issues that were easily overcome but issues none the less. The curb perfect was to be installed on a single side that was 36" long so the two pieces had to be connected to extend that far and the two pieces would not connect. The tab on one was too big for the slot on the other. Also there was only 6 of the two sets of pitch sticks. It would have made troweling the shower much easier if there were 8 of each. Even in a small shower like mine there was too much distance between the sticks to make troweling easy. Overall it was faster and easier than doing my shower pan without it so i would be happy to buy again, I would just do a few things differently.
