Incredible productI used to spend a minimum of 4 hours scrubbing my tile floors by hand to get the grout clean. Our tile is very light in color, so the dirty grout really stands out. Weekly mopping just does not get the grout and I found that every couple of months the grout was filthy. I tried many products and was finally considering painting the grout a darker color (so glad I did not do this!) because I could not keep up with the cleaning. While at my local Home Depot looking at the grout paint, an employee recommended this product instead. I have been using it for about 3 years now and honestly won't even consider anything else. What used to take 4 hours of scrubbing now takes an hour and a half. I spray it liberally on a section of tile, let sit for a minute or two, then lightly scrub with a small amount of water and wipe dry. The best part is this is also a resealer so my grout stays cleaner for months longer. After 6 months my grout is cleaner than it used to be after just a few weeks. I can now go about 9-12 months with only regular mopping. I cannot say enough good things about this product! No harsh chemical smells, super easy to use, no rinsing required, dries quickly, and does not leave any sort of visible film. I highly recommend this product and am so thankful for the great product knowledge and customer service I received that day.

This is a fantastic product. We had light-colored faux wood tile installed with a lighter grout c...This is a fantastic product. We had light-colored faux wood tile installed with a lighter grout color throughout our downstairs. Looked great on initial install but that lasted about a week before dirt and grime began settling into the grout even though it was supposedly a pre-sealed product. Basic mopping would get surface stuff off but grout continued to just get uglier and uglier especially in high-traffic kitchen area.
Purchase this product based on some reviews and none of them were incorrect about its ability to clean not only the tile surface but also the grout. The product is easy to use however it does take a lot of manual effort to actually clean the floor, especially the initial cleaning. Spray product on let's sit, hand scrub, mop, and scrub again, mop. But the floor looks just like it did on initial install and has remained clean sense application.
Would anticipate doing this once every four to six months. We have such a large surface area that it takes a couple weeks or so of doing little patches at a time.
But overall highly recommend this product. No odor, or issues with usage, staining or clean up.

I used the same grout as I did in the bathrooms, same lot number and started with a left over bag for the kitchen floor. After drying for a couple of days the grout was different shades in some area? This wasn't to bad as the new tile was different shades of gray. This did not happen in the bathrooms, I then used this product as I did before in the bathrooms and the grout in the kitchen became all the correct shade! Now to get all the grouting done as I know it will all match.

Definitely works. Had some tile that needed a deep...Definitely works. Had some tile that needed a deep cleaning, and after letting the cleaner sit for about 30 seconds, the soiled areas scrubbed off somewhat easy with the grout brush by zip. The brush didn’t last long, but thankfully I had bought two. The sealer part of it leaves a sheen on the tile. I would purchase again.
