This durable prefinished engineered click real wood floor is easy to install, simply engage the long sides at an angle and rotate down. The flooring is crafted of five layers of solid wood permanently bonded together in a cross-ply design. No HDF or other fiber boards are utilized. The stability of this construction provides superior strength, humidity resistance and multiple installation locations (suitable for upper floors, ground floors and below grade). The aluminum oxide finish provides more abrasion resistance than ordinary urethane finishes. Our flooring is proudly crafted in Tennessee from responsibly harvested wood. Our company has been crafting wood floors of exceptional quality for over 115 years. This floor is safe for your home and exceeds CARB Phase II and FloorScore Air Quality Requirements plus qualifies for LEEDS points.

I was pretty concerned about my order while waiting for delivery. I saw thicker, more expensive products out there and wondered if I made a mistake. I am writing to say I am very happy with the material. It looks wonderful. My floors have only been in for a couple weeks so I do not know about durability yet. But, they look great. Also, I smelled no "off-gassing". One of the points about this material is that it is made in US.

Very nice and well-made product, easy to install. This flooring is more expensive than others due...Very nice and well-made product, easy to install. This flooring is more expensive than others due to the greater thickness of the veneer. Although the photo indicate the boards are all the same consistent shade, our boards were various shades (some boards were much darker than other). To ensure a proper blend, we laid out five rolls at a time to ensure we didn't have too many of like boards next to each other before we installed those five rolls. Because we installed this flooring over concrete slab, we used a 3mm felt top underlayment with a built a vapor barrier. This gives the floor a softer feeling when walking on it. You could get away with using only a 2mm underlayment and still get that softness.

One box has only 5 pieces of wood in it. Three boxes arrived opened. Six boxes arrived in perfect condition. Also, free shipping to the store too.

We chose the Hickory due to hardness and the natural variety of tones. The floor looks beautiful...We chose the Hickory due to hardness and the natural variety of tones. The floor looks beautiful and with proper care, should last for many years. This was installed in a bedroom with little foot traffic. I can't speak to the durability of this flooring in a hallway or living room with heavy traffic. As expected, perhaps 10% of the boards had damage that made them unusable. Having previously installed Bruce Hickory engineered flooring, I expected some damaged boards. We ordered an extra box to account for damage and cuts to get the look we wanted. The click floating flooring is rather easy to install and is the perfect way to cover asbestos tiles. When sawing the door jams to place the flooring underneath be sure to keep your fingers away from the unforgiving saw blade...speaking from experience, unfortunately. This flooring was a good investment.

Very easy to install. Pieces clicked, fit and locked together properly.
Would like to see maintenance instructions such as what to use for cleaning or resurfacing included .
My BIG gripe is that virtually all (95%+) of the pieces were 46-48" long.
Luckily, I only had about 2-3% waste rather than the anticipated 10%.

This flooring was easy to install and looks good in...This flooring was easy to install and looks good in our living room, dining room and porch. There were some defects like worm tracts and staining imperfections in about 20% of our initial order. However Home Depot replaced the defective boards with no charge or hassle. We used the highest quality of underlayment which gives very good sound proofing and resiliency to the floor.

The pieces in the single boxes did have some beat-up ends and grooves. Still worked for the job. Fairly easy to install. As others have noted, it definitely requires a tapping block and rubber mallet. Good color and grain variations even in single boxes and the random lengths worked for me to help eliminate waste and ensure that there was variation in how the joints lined up. Overall, it seems like a solid product.
