This durable prefinished engineered real wood floor will enhance the value of your home. The flooring is crafted of five layers of solid wood permanently bonded together in a cross-ply design. No HDF or other fiber boards are utilized. The stability of this construction provides superior strength, humidity resistance and multiple installation locations (suitable for upper floors, ground floors and below grade). The aluminum oxide finish provides more abrasion resistance than ordinary urethane finishes. Vintage floors may contain naturally occurring light and dark wood colors plus grain variations. Our flooring is proudly crafted in Tennessee from responsibly harvested wood. Our company has been crafting wood floors of exceptional quality for over 115 years. This floor is safe for your home and exceeds CARB Phase II and FloorScore Air Quality Requirements plus qualifies for LEEDS points.

Don't make the same mistake I did with this product. It looks great in the picture but that picture is misleading. As seen from the reviews before me, the quality of the wood is very low and most of the pieces of the wood will come with dark lines and stains across them completely ruining the overall look and you will feel ripped off at the end. It's not worth it.

I have ordered 24 boxes. There 15 boxes out of them look like what you see in the pictures [they are sent with returned orders, with dark marks, and even with nails on it]. The homedepot helps me reordered the 15 boxes (order # H0574-55368). Based on the previous experiences, we decided to check them in store before accepting them. Unsurprisingly, they are all at very low quality. We just cannot accept any of them.
Homedepot try to help reorder the 15 boxes again. If the Heritage Mill cannot make it right this time, I will probably sue them.

I bought 1 case to see how it looked up close. I'm impressed. It is thicker than most engineere...I bought 1 case to see how it looked up close. I'm impressed. It is thicker than most engineered flooring (at 1/2" instead of 3/8"). The color variation in the case I bought was minor (half were light, half were a shade darker) There was only 1 board that had any defect and it was near the end, which could be easily trimmed. The finish is what I'd call semi-gloss. My only complaint is: I can't buy the 26 cases to finish my home because HomeDepot.com currently lists it as "Out of Stock"!!!!!!!!!! At $3.40, it's a good buy on a good floor. Bring it back, I need 26 more cases!!!

We put this in our upstairs bedrooms over a plywood...We put this in our upstairs bedrooms over a plywood subfloor that is over old hardwoods covered in lead paint. This was an easy and good quality option since refinishing the floors wasn't an option for us. Easy to install and looks great. Seems solid a durable.

The wood they sent me, half of the planks were...The wood they sent me, half of the planks were spotted, seems like the quality of wood was the lowest quality you had. Or maybe in general the wood for floors you sell is not good at all, period. Very disappointed customer.

Hopefully, it was just a small lot that was defective but we were concerned that foot traffic would quickly wear the finish.
