love this flooring
I love the color, feel, and ease of installation of this flooring. We used it on a remodel of our mastee bedroom and liked it so much that we decided to use it to replace a heavily damaged vinyl floor in an apartment we own. Its very easy to install and the attached underlayment makes the higher price reasonalble since you dont have to install underlayment first and then be careful not to rip it while installing on top of it. My only suggestion is to be very careful with your tapping block. Not holding it tight enough or hitting it too hard results in it slipping off of the lip and chipping the floor very easily. Pergo makes a chip repair kit, but you have to dye the putty yourself and they dont give specific measurements for each color floor, just a basic black, gray, red, brown guide and with this floor being between gray and brown it is hard to match. Small chips are unnoticable if the color isnt quite right but i had to leave out any boards with larger chips.

First time installing laminate flooring for us and it was an extremely positive experience. We wo...First time installing laminate flooring for us and it was an extremely positive experience. We worked in a 150 square feet room and all planks interlocked perfectly and none broke during installation or cutting! We worked with a manual laminate cutter for simple straight cuts and a jigsaw for the planks that went in the closet and required small pieces to be cut and or parallel cutting etc. The floor looks gorgeous and was so simple to install, especially since it already has the padding. Sure, the floor may be a little more expensive - but the other laminate I was considering + the cost of padding got me around the same price. This one was a no brainer! I will be purchasing this exact one for three other bedrooms and a different color one pergo for another bedroom and hall. I can't wait!

great floors despite the reviewsAfter reading some of the reviews after i had already purchased the flooring i have to admit that was a bit off put by this huge pallet of flooring in my garage. I deceaided that it was going to be to much work to bring it back to the store, so i just caved in started the instal and im so happy i did. The floors came out great and they look absolutley amazimg. I had no chipped planks nor were they brittle. I preped and leveled the floors to the exact specifications as the manufacture suggested. If you're at all considering these floors I would say don't hesitate jump right in and have fun the floors are amazing the floors are amazing. Sorry if there are typos
