Good supplement to the sealant
Not sure what the first reviewer did but I have been using stone polish for several years on my granite with great results. Easy to use. Do not shortcut and use a rag or some other cloth to buff the polish to a shine. Paper towels do not do the job. Fills in most imperfections and puts a slick shine on the marble. Depending upon how much use you place on your granite the sealant will last a month or more.

Great polish for granite countertopsUsed to polish granite counter tops periodically for several years. Works great, but must be wiped during the application process -- this is a 2 person job for our kitchen to get done in a fairly short time. Can be applied if wait at least 3 days after using Miracle 511 for the yearly sealing. This was recommended by the tile specialty store, even though they do not sell it themselves.

This stuff is great if you use it properly.My counter guy told me to take a quart container and mix an inch of this , an inch of rubbing alcohol and fill with H20. I spray and clean daily using paper towels and the counter dries spotless. (Don't forget to shake before using). Just getting ready for a reorder when I saw these reviews.

Not so goodLittle or no improvement to gloss/shine level on either granite or marble. Hiring a professional to polish might be much more expensive but you would hopefully see some improvement in the gloss level.
