I pressure wash my patio flagstone ~ each year and have tried various color enhancers. This 511 Seal & Enhance is the best I ever used. I couldn’t believe the color it brought out vs my faded out stone. The picture is the treated area AFTER 12 hours so it was fully dry. This is one coat applied with paint brush. Patio gets full sun ~ 8 hrs per day in Houston Texas. I also expected it to be slippery but it was not. Will see how it holds up but so far this is great stuff!!

It brightened the color of the tile to perfection! I selected this product after reading reviews and when my contractor saw that I purchased it, he said it’s the best!

Great ResultsThis product is easy to use. I used this on an accent stone ledger wall. The only reason I gave it a good quality rating is because it requires mineral spirits to clean. This is not environmentally friendly but it does an amazing job. I used a 2" brush to apply this product. Depending on your project you may want to consider the roller as suggested or wiping on with a rag, that you will not use again. The product foams a little bit. I'm not sure if that is the product or a reaction with the grout or minerals in the stone when applied. It doesn't detract from the final look, it was just something that I noticed. I did continue to brush through those spots where a foaming between the rocks took place. A little of this product goes a LONG way. I can see how the manufacturer gives such a broad square foot coverage based on the porosity of your substrate. Please see attached pictures as to the before and afters of how this product works. Our accent stone ledger wall looked good even before the sealer however the sealer gives it the "wet look" that we were looking for. The first picture is the stone wall naked if you will. The second picture is the stone wall sealed. The third picture is the stone wall close up. This is a good product with excellent results. I am going to try on a marble wall after reading other reviews. Good luck on your project.

It took 3-4 coats to bring back a fair shine. It’s not as glossy as the original, polished finish, but much improved. Water now beads.

Good product but requires 2 coats for slateThe floor of my front porch of my new home is made with slate. The slate was drab and I was not happy with the color contrast. I was looking for something that would enhance the color that was within the slate. Power washing removed the surface dirt but did little for the color. I did noticed when the slate was wet the color was good. I found this product at my local HD and purchase two pints. The sealer went on easy enough and the color was acceptable but as it dried the color wasn't as strong as it was when wet. I waited a couple of days and purchased two more pints. The second application went on easier than the first and the bubbles that appeared with the first coat were not an issue with the second coat. Again the slate looked good during application of the coating. A few hours later the coating dried and the color popped. The second coat made a large improvement in both the depth of color and the slate appeared to be better sealer. I'm now a happy home owner.
I gave and average rating in the value because for in my application, it requirement of applying two coats. This resulted in double the coating cost and more labor. Otherwise, this is a great product.

Good on Travertine.I had researched and purchased this particular product for specific use on travertine. I wanted something to give a little shine on the tile and that it did. It helped make the color in the travertine pop/shine more. It was easy to apply.
