This is an excellent product! I always buy it when I run out. (I’ve use it on laundry's stains also).
I bought it when we bought our house a few years ago, and the kitchen tile came with darkened, build-up of grime extending from the corners and under the cabinets, and nothing I used would dissolve it or affect it in any way!
I followed the directions exactly, and it easily cleaned up and now the tiles al look like new. We have pets, so it comes in very handy for various pet stains that you discover after it’s all dried-up.

Not Exactly the "Scrub-Free" Solution I Hoped For...I used the Rejuvenate Bio-Enzymatic Tile and Grout Cleaner on my kitchen floor. I went with the 24oz. size because I just wanted to try it out, and didn't want to invest in a huge bottle if I wasn't satisfied with the results. My first impression was good, no fumes bugging the family while I was cleaning. However the instructions said to let the product dry on the tile, well- this took forever. I ended up breaking out a couple of fans to try and speed the process along, since I didn't have 6+ hours to wait for the solution to dry on the tile. Once the solution finally dried, using a clean mop and clean water to activate enzymes the amount of dirt that was picked up was not as impressive as I had hoped for. I was also surprised by what little area the 24oz. bottle covered. I ended up having to go back over the area with the tried and true bleach with some scrubbing muscles to really get it clean. This product might be good for a less traffic areas of the home, such as a guest bathroom, but for areas such as the kitchen, i don't think it's worth the time or money.

I sprayed it on, waited 5-10 min. and them scrubbed with a gout cleaner scrub brush. With little effort, all of the dirt and grime came right up. It was also easy to get the product off the floor afterward and it does not leave a sticky residue.

With patience, this stuff performs miraclesMy 3500 ft. rental was returned to me in nightmarish condition. One of the primary challenges in cleaning it was an entire lower floor rented out with white tiles with light tan grout. That grout was black upon return (as in the color of fresh charcoal!) It took several tries with various cleaners and methods before I found a low-labor method that preserved the grout, but the results were very well worth the effort. Specifically, by utilizing a grout staining bottle and wheel apparatus to distribute the enzyme directly onto the grout, and allowing it to break down the mess overnight, I was able to scrub it completely clean the next day with a standard tile brush. The enzyme suspension would dry overnight (and get locally concentrated?). By spraying a limited amount of diluted laundry detergent into the grout channel ~5 minutes before brushing, the trapped filth would often float away from the grout before brushing! Cleaning it with a large flooring sponge and bucket finished this part of the job. The results were stunning!
Very good product once the method was worked out.
