Cloudy with a chance of divorce
This product will ruin your marriage. The milky film on the floor is thicker than the haze of sadness and anger that now hangs over our house. A once vibrant abode is now dulled by this polish from Hades. It is hard, nay impossible, to remove. As I type this I’m watching my wife use a commercial car buffer to try to remove this demon spew. I would help her but I threw out my back yesterday waging chemical warfare on this very floor. I give this product negative stars and plead with anyone reading this not to buy it if you value your sanity, home and marriage. To those who have already descended into the Darkness with this “polish,” Godspeed and may mighty forces come to your aid.

Do not useI’m a hardwood flooring company owner in Washington state,Ive had 4 customers that used this product, and yes it leaves a white milky film on the floor. I advise all of my customers to not use or try this product and just stick with the Bona cleaner.

Terrible productI agree with the other complaints. It is impossible to remove the milky coating from my floors. I would expect Bona to advise a better solution to this problem other than leaving a phone number. We all have busy lives and I would like to find the solution on the web site instead of having to call a phone number.

Milky filmI used this product once and got that milky film on my floors. The customer service person recommended their polish remover but I am worried about it making it worse. I don't know what to do.

Worst productLike the others have said, this product left a horrible residue on my dark hardwoods, and is proving almost impossible to remove. Do NOT ever use this!! And when you call Bona to ask how to remove they recommend using their brand polish remover . I will never use another Bona product.

Milky white floorsI have been using Bona products for the past 5 years with good results. So, I had no problem with buying the floor polish until I used the product. My floors look terrible! They now had a milky looking haze on them! How am I suppose tp get this stuff off my floors? Bona, this product needs reworking and should be taking off the market. Should I be concerned now about the rest of the cleaners? Help!

29 years and countingI see that many people are giving this product very negative reviews. Our experience could not be more different--we are very, very pleased with the results this polish has given us over the years.
Our house was built in 1988 with hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor. Never refinished or buffed, just periodic use of Bona Cleaner and Polish.
For example, this picture shows the floor in a small room near our garage. This is where we hang our coats, our washer and dryer are here, also pantry shelving, plus our shredder and paper recycling. In other words, we walk into this room dozens of times a day. And this is how the floor looks after 29 years of use.
All I can say is that those people who have had bad experiences must not be applying the product correctly. Our results have been very positive.

This floor polish left a terrible white cloudy residue on my dark wood floors. I wish I had read ...This floor polish left a terrible white cloudy residue on my dark wood floors. I wish I had read more online reviews before buying this, but I use their floor cleaner and have never had a problem until using the polish so I assumed it would be good.
