I like the fact the hose linkage worked well- -Most leak like a sieve & you get unwanted chemicals running down your arm. It recomends 3 separate applications the 1st time you use it; but I noticed almost all of odor was gone with just the 1st application: fast-acting!! As an aside, the employees who willingly went up on a forklift to retrieve the out-of-reach refill bottle definetely win Award for customer service!!

Wow! Great product!!!!! I have used this product this past Easter before my kids searched for Eas...Wow! Great product!!!!! I have used this product this past Easter before my kids searched for Easter eggs. I had to use 2 bottles but I think cleaning was due since I haven't cleaned my backyard since the installers installed my turf 4 years ago. I will definitely purchase this product again.
