Worked as any float would at first. However, toward the end of this small grout job on a granite ...Worked as any float would at first. However, toward the end of this small grout job on a granite tile floor, little nubs of the rubber came off in my light color grout. I tried to get it out with the tip of a screwdriver, but the black rubber stained the still wet grout, so I had to dig out a bigger area and use fresh grout there to fix that. Needless to say, this went back to HD. In my opinion, this float is not up to it's intended purpose.

I bought this to grout the shower walls and floor...I bought this to grout the shower walls and floor of a medium sized bathroom. It worked pretty well for what I would consider a disposable float. After the job was done it still has some life in it so I can use it a couple more times. Good quality for the price.
