We were looking for a colored caulking to finish the flooring we installed in the kitchen and hallway, where generic white caulk would just not pull it off without being noticeable. This cherry wood color went great with the hardwood floors and blends nicely, to the point where you do not notice it unless you are very close. The cherry color is not the same as the Brazilian cherry we used in other rooms but still goes very well with the other flooring. It was easy to apply as it goes down like other caulking and the color is consistent with the color on the outside of the packaging, where some other caulking we have used in the past changes or is slightly different, this was not. The cap did help reseal in between use and ensured the caulk did not dry up or harden. Clean up was easy as following the directions on the packet and using soap and water.

Used this sealant for a small project that required some cherry wood color sealant and this is as...Used this sealant for a small project that required some cherry wood color sealant and this is as simple as it gets. Product is available in many different colors which makes it easier to properly color blend a myriad of flooring styles. Filled minor hairline gaps in no time and a 5 minute project truly became a 5 minute project, lol. Color blended in quite nicely with my tiles and I'm quite happy with finished look. Description says long lasting but will have to wait on that, water resistant, non toxic and solvent free. Easy to use, apply and forget. Dummy proof in my opinion.

I am very disappointed with this product. First, the color is called Cherry -- but it is much lig...I am very disappointed with this product.
First, the color is called Cherry -- but it is much lighter than my cherry wood flooring.
Second, this Colorseal Flooring Sealant is a wax-based product. It goes on very "smudgy" and when trying to smooth it, the product frequently lifts from the spots where you want it to stay.
If you are successful in getting it to stay ... then you clean your floors with a steam mop, the wax-based product lifts completely from your floor.
Perhaps there's another use where it is effective, but not for me.

Well, the task was to replace a transition strip where the slate meets the hardwoods at the firep...Well, the task was to replace a transition strip where the slate meets the hardwoods at the fireplace. However, all did not go well. The product arrived in the condition you see it in the picture. Yes, it appears the single tube had been run over by some vehicle during shipping. Pallet truck to Boeing 747, not sure which. The tube arrived with the product slowly oozing from a puncture in the tube. Only recommend buying this product in store, or possibly, in bulk for shipping safety!
On a positive note, it does appear the caulk WOULD have been a very close color match!

I installed a new laminate floor in my bedroom this was my first time installing laminate and of ...I installed a new laminate floor in my bedroom this was my first time installing laminate and of course made some mistakes putting the pieces together. Chipped a few ends here and there. So thought I would try this pretty easy to use. If I can do it anyone can . Turned out pretty nice and the wife is happy which is all that matters. So give it a try .

Really nice product that can have multiple uses! You can use it to fill nail holes, cracks in your flooring, or gaps between boards. It will work on wood, laminate, and vinyl planks! No problems with usage. Simple clean up. You can't go wrong with this product. One suggestion. If you need to walk on the area before the calk is dry, I would suggest you put a strip of "easy release painters tape" over the area for several hours. That way no dirt or damage will happen to your repair.

I have a lot of cherry stained wood in my house. I love all the wood. The one problem is my house...I have a lot of cherry stained wood in my house. I love all the wood. The one problem is my house was built on almost solid clay with some large rocks. This causes my foundation to kind on "swim" around between wet and dry weather. That causes cracks to form and disappear around the woodwork. This sealant expands and contracts a little which helps by causing cracks to appear less often. It matches pretty well. Of course depending on the wood type, it stains a little different shade. It looks pretty good and is easy to apply. I've used different types of caulking and this one works very well.
