I got this to hold down the strips that cover the seam between the two different floors. It work...
I got this to hold down the strips that cover the seam between the two different floors. It works great for that, it is a flooring sealant. It is flexible enough to move ever so slightly, so the strip stays down and flexes as the piece of material is also flexible.
It is also a good product to seal up seams in the floor that need to be sealed. We had a piece of flooring that had some gouge in it (weird, laminate isn't supposed to get a gouge) and it worked great.
I also took advantage of the great color of this to seal up some of my backsplash seams and also from where the gaps between the granite and the drywall are located, just to give it a finished look.
It is great, looks great, and does work as you would expect.

This is a sealant that is true to color and has a very rich walnut color. The walnut color match...This is a sealant that is true to color and has a very rich walnut color. The walnut color matches my walnut floor perfectly so I can use it without anyone noticing it. The sealant is a perfect consistency to apply either in either a small thin line or to be used in a small area that needs to be filled. It has a nice tight cap to prevent the sealant from hardening when there is some left over for the next project.

I am putting new wood floors in my house and have some unavoidable gaps that I wanted to fill som...I am putting new wood floors in my house and have some unavoidable gaps that I wanted to fill some how. They are expansion gaps. This material works very well. It is easy to apply, fairly easy to clean up. To my surprise the color matched very well. It is available in varies color. Can be used on laminate, tile and vinyl as well as wood. When it dries it stays semi-flexible so expansion and contraction are not a problem. I have some gaps in my bathroom that need filling so am going to give it a try.

This stuff works like regular caulk and goes on pretty smoothly. We had a piece of floating viny...This stuff works like regular caulk and goes on pretty smoothly. We had a piece of floating vinyl tile that wrapped around the lally column in our basement and I had to make a cut in the tile for it to fit. I wanted to seal the pieces together so that they wouldn't come up. You can still see that there is a small cut with the sealant, but I trust that it will stay together and prevent any water from seeping down should there be a spill. We have dark walnut vinyl tiles and i thought the color was quite a bit lighter than the dark walnut, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five. Had the color been darker, this would have worked out perfect.
