Try this before replacing the floorRecommended by a flooring installer. Long story short we saved the cost of a new a kitchen floor at our new home and have a Great looking tile floor. Not all Home Depot associates know about Once and Done so if you are told they don't have it go spend some time by the floor refinishing products.
Great for regular cleaning and worth the money. Used it at our new house that had a tile kitchen floor that looked like it needed to be replaced. After using Once and Done a few times prior to moving in the floor looked "OK". A year later and after using Once and Done for monthly "deep cleaning" the floor looks GREAT.
Follow the directions and READ ALL LABEL WARNINGS. If you use as a higher concentration as we needed to during renovations the ODOR will be strong. I opened windows and did the job when the kids were not around - no problem! For monthly deep cleans at normal concentrations RECOMMENDED ON THE LABEL I rinse once with clean warm water as we have family members sensitive to odors.

This product leaves a shinny, sticky residue, you have to be very careful how it is applied. I u...This product leaves a shinny, sticky residue, you have to be very careful how it is applied. I used it on a tough stain (it took out the stain) but left the residue in a surrounding area. I also left the container which unfortunately was wet on the bottom on a wooden desk... again residue that I had to scrub with a non-abrasive pad to remove.

Easy to Use Floor CleanerExcellent cleaning product for tile floors! It’s very easy to use. The concentrated product lasts quite a while. Home Depot’s price is the lowest I found. Customer service from Home Depot for online purchases was outstanding!
