Extremely easy to install for 208/240 electric Cadet soft heat baseboards. Basic electrical knowledge is all that is needed. For sizing your baseboards, or knowing the total length of baseboards needed, I'd suggest using one of the online area heat loss calculators.
Programming this thermostat is not so easy! I found it extremely difficult to program without first reading the manual. After reading the manual, I then and only then, finally understood how I needed to program the thermostat for simply arriving and leaving a remotely heated structure. I had to delete/nullify the "Wake-Up" and "Sleep" periods and focus on programming only the "Away from home" and "Return home" periods for my situation. Once you understand the "periods" are separate from the "Setting Day"/"Setting Night" temperatures, you'll then understand how this thermostat works. But still, if you loose the manual, you'll definitely forget how to ride this kind of bike or forget how to program this thermostat after several months!

I bought 4 of these to go with the Cadet hydronic baseboard heaters. These are way too complicated to program, so much so that I haven't. In hindsight, I wish I would've bought their simplest model and paid a lot less.

Hopefully it is a good purchase
I am having tremendous problems programming the thermostats, I even had a friend of mine who is a licensed electrician for 35 years try to figure out the programming and he could not get them programmed correctly. The reason I would recommend this product is because others may be more astute at programming them.
