The sample that you sent me,beside being small,which I expected,it only showed 1color. It was impossible to determine the true colors,which is what I was trying to do You charge $3.00, the least you could do is send the proper sample. Never again.Because of it you lost more than a $2000sale.

sample flooringI was highly disappointed in the small sample piece I received. The area of the sample piece did not give me the info I needed. I was trying to compare it to a floor that partially needed replaced, so it was not helpful. The store should stock something like this, I had to pay and wait fot something that didn't help me.
