Antique Cherry 3/4 in. Thick x 2-1/8 in. Wide x 78-3/4 in. Length Laminate 4-in-1 Molding - Product information
Pergo 4-in-1 Molding provides everything you need to complete your laminate flooring installation in 1 single kit. This patented innovation allows assembly of 4 different moldings from a single product. Join laminate flooring with a similar height hard surface floor with the T-molding. Use in doorways with a width of 4 ft. or less or in rooms 66 ft. or larger. To transition laminate flooring to a carpeted floor use the carpet transition. Use the hard surface reducer to transition laminate flooring to a lower, hard surface floor, such as vinyl, wood or tile. Finish your laminate flooring installation at sliding doors, fireplaces or other fixed edges with end molding.

Fairly easy to install. I wish it was easier to cut the metal without deforming it. Gives it a nice finished look.

The product is well made, and lets you just buy one version of joint molding whether you are going laminate to laminate, laminate to carpet or laminate to roll vinyl or other low floor covering. In my installation I had four doorways going from laminate to carpet, one doorway going from laminate to ceramic tile, and one doorway transitioning from laminate to roll vinyl flooring. The 4-in-1 Molding worked well and looks nice. It will allow the laminate to float as it needs to, and seals nicely to the tile and roll flooring, and makes a low-profile transition to the carpet. One stick of molding will make two average doors, so at about $15 per doorway it seems rather expensive. Home Depot does offer less-expensive alternatives, but they are transition-specific (i.e. only laminate to carpet or laminate to low floor covering) The 4-in-1 isn't much more expensive and will meet all of your transitioning needs.

Buyer bewareThe item matches well and seems better quality than what you get at the store. My problem is with prego/ home depot as a company. I had a pergo sealed box that had the molding in it. I pulled the top one out and it was what I ordered. I have my installer put in the flooring and he pulled out all of them. Only to find out 3 of 4 was nothing close to the right product. It was a grey color and wrong sku number. After 45 mins of being on hold and arguing with home depot and pergo I was able to get the correct molding reordered. I only had to pay AGAIN and get my refund for the wrong ones within 5 business days of them getting it. I then had to pay my installer to come back out and install the molding. They were only able to give me 10% off which was 9 bucks and an I'm sorry that was it. Flooring insaller do not charge minimum wage to come out 2x for a job. Buyer beware

The item itself showed up broken, but the package itself was not damaged. There was enough to do two entry ways. So I used the other half that wasn't damaged and did not return it because I wanted to finish. Other than that I am happy with the product.
