Purchased over 5 years ago for our home in Florida. What remained in the container did contain some crystallatin, but again this is over 5 years old. Added a little solvent to the jug and shook for a few minutes. Then strained into a clean coffee can. Bottom line is this stuff worked as well today as it did when originally purchased from The Home Depot. Dried properly with same sheen. No soft or greasy spots as described in other reviews, No steaks or milky areas. Actually purchased more to complete our current project.

The product worked great. When I opened the bottle it appears it had been opened already. It is ...The product worked great. When I opened the bottle it appears it had been opened already. It is quite expensive so I assume someone used a little and returned it and it was placed back on the shelf minus a few ounces.

Maybe this product is just for counter tops? But not for patio's.

When applied to natural stone it completely changed the color...When applied to natural stone it completely changed the color and gave it a yellow tinge. Luckily I tried it on a sample piece first.
