Better Quality
This was our first tile and grout project, and we didn't start small. Using natural 3x6 stone tile, herringbone pattern, and intentionally variable spacing (0 to 1/2 inch) throughout the entire kitchen (walls, backsplash, and floors) was an ambitious undertaking, and when it came to finally choosing a grout, the urethane flexible grout was recommended.
NOTE: Take the recommended amount for your project and double it... you will need more.
I'll be honest, application on the walls and backsplash was taxing and a lengthy process, but the product filled the gaps nicely, and the initial wipe down was productive. The product molded into place as desired, and was workable when necessary. WARNING... expect a great deal of dropping from the trowel and wall during vertical surface applications. Be sure to have your surfaces covered (everywhere)... initially I thought this was annoying, but once I discovered how easy it was to simply pick it up and slap it back on the trowel it quickly became part of the process.
A note on the wipe down process... though we followed the recommended wipe down (every 10 square feet), we found it necessary to follow up the next day with a surface scraper (dry... no chemicals necessary) to ensure a smooth clean surface. It took a couple of extra hours of work, but was worth it and really wasn't overly difficult... plan for it, scrape, vacuum... done.
I can only comment on what we worked with, but it's worth consideration. With our natural stone, we sealed before application of grout because no sealing is necessary and we didn't want to risk any secondary sealer changing the color of the grout. I highly recommend this process with this product considering how expensive it is. The bonus (with our project anyway) was that after application and final wipe down, the grout appears to have added a secondary layer of sealer to our stones, resulting in a brilliant, deep, awakening of the variability between each individual stone.

Overpriced
Long story short if you don't mind way overpaying then this is a decent grout for the snapstone tiles.
Snapstone insists that this "flexible" grout absolutely has to be used, but after buying this unbelievably overpriced grout I can honestly say I would just use regular with an additive next time.
Let me restate that while it is not a bad product it is simply way overpriced for what it is. As far as this grout being "flexible", I would say no. It seems to be the same result as any old grout with a additive to make it "flexible".
After everything is said and done this cost me about $7 a square foot, which is the same cost it would have been for a nice real marble tile floor.
Only regret with this tile and grout is the cost.

Hard to clean up. Left me scrubbing off pigments left on tile and a haze the day after.
I'm a mom who has been doing all the projects in/on the house for years now. Anything from building a brick patio, mudding, and tiling is the norm as our remodel seems never ending. I have used regular grout as well as epoxy. Learning of the Urethane grout sounded like a happy end of both worlds (epoxy durability, sanded grout clean up). However, I am vastly disappointed in the product as the urethane grout was premixed to a thicker consistency than the regular sanded grout you mix up, thus making it harder to rub into the joints. This Urethane grout dries up very quickly and left me with black pigments on our nice uniform colored gray tile from the charcoal color grout. I was left scrubbing off all the pigments left on the tile even when I followed the 10 square foot workspace direction and immediate cleanup. The only way I could get those pigments washed off was by using the rough side of the more than damp sponge which left me with a haze throughout my tile and the grout. Not to mention that all the scrubbing left some "low-spots" in the grout depth. I was exhausted after just grouting a 100 square foot bathroom. Reminded me much of the epoxy cleanup I swore to stay away from. So, what should have been a unified color and texture is now a spotty hazed and uneven grout depth floor that is in some serious need of TLC.

The product that I received that had not been frozen worked great. I am sure the product is not at fault for the shipping damage. Had to return second pail due to it being not usable.
