Expect something match to the picture
Just received last week, did not install yet, but can precede the beauty. However considering to return because the core of this bamboo floor is made of particle instead of plywood, not as show on the pictures. very disappointed because misleading by the picture. The particle core was made of similar to the laminate floor which can easily damaged by dropping cup of water to the floor. I purchased the same thing as show on the picture 7 years ago, did not expect to receive something different.
Only problem now is what am I going to do with my 94 boxes order, hire someone to bring back to store? I am not sure if I received wrong product because the box did not indicating any thing.

easy to install
The installation is very easy, once you get going on it. The hardest part about this project really was putting down the underlayment. We had a complicated but small laundry/mudroom/bathroom space with 5 doorways, still we were able to install the entire floor ourselves in 2 days, including the underlayment. We found that the pieces click together best only one way. That made the planning harder, but we worked it out and had very little waste. It looks great. There is some rocking at the entry where we haven't laid down the transition piece between this floor and the next room which is carpeted. We bought the T-shaped bamboo piece for the transition, but since it's supposed to be glued down I'm not sure how sturdy that will be.

Poor product, Poor customer service
Floor scratches easily, neither Home Depot or the manufacturer will honor the "warranty". Was advised to cover the floor with rugs (apparently the flooring is not made to be walked on). I've had to pull up the floor and replace 2 cases of product. Home Depot repeatedly rejected warranty claims before offering a gift card to cover 1 case of flooring.

Take skeptical reviews seriously.
I installed about 400sq ft. about a year ago. Other reviewers cautioned about quality, scratching, and warped boards, but we pressed on. I can unfortunately confirm the poor quality. It scratches easily and even though Im confident i installed it according to directions, some boards are warping causing deflections under foot. For all the money and time spent, Im disappointed with this product.

Nice looking, but cheaply made.
I just finished renovating a large part of my basement into a fitness room and this product looks great. I will, however, give you some advice that I wish I would've had prior to purchasing this product. First, the packaging (boxing) is made from cheap cardboard that rips easily and exposes the product. I had to order my first 17 boxes through the store and was lucky enough to fill a pallet that never had to be unwrapped or exposed to the hazards that could rip/damage the boards. There were, however, at lease a dozen or more planks that were warped pretty badly that I didn't discover until I was well into the job; this poses potential problems if you don't space the boards amongst straighter pieces to help keep them straight. When nearing the end of the project, I realized that I would need a couple of more boxes and thus ordered them online through the Home Depot website. Each of the boxes arrived badly torn with obviously shifting of their contents. Upon opening the boxes, I discovered that several pieces from each box were nicked, scratched, cracked or the finger-joints were broken thus making the fitment poor, at best. Additionally, I noticed that some of the boards had black marks that were inside of the finish and usually near the short edge, thus making it look like I had gaps when I put the pieces together. I ordered each of these two boxes within a week of each other (separate shipments) and the end result was the same. Bottomline....do not order this product online for shipment to your home. Instead, order it to the nearest HD, that way you can inspect and decline the shipment with little inconvenience.

Easy Install, Looks Sleek
It took us 3 hours to install this flooring in an attic bedroom - including the padding we laid underneath. It went really quickly, with the only tricky part being where we had to saw it to fit around and into the closet. The new flooring brightens up the space and looks high-end. The only caution is that it is now pretty slippery. We'll be laying a rug down, though. I love it!

returned
I put out 50 square feet of these wood pieces on floor, and within 1 week 1/2 the pieces were warped concave or convex, some more noticeably than others. This could have been caused by the dryness of my condo. I think these pieces will get warped in dry conditions, because my condo is very dry air, and probably after unboxing then the pieces started to bend due to losing their moisture. If you do decide to buy this, what I would do is buy a very small sample size like 2 boxes like I did. You will see if they bend/warp after laying them out on the floor like I did...
Now that I returned these items I am going to pay a little bit extra for 100% solid wood, or a porcelain tile.

I had bamboo installed for over 10 years in in entire downstairs. Then one day a toilet tank cracked and leaked tank water all over. Needless to say that had to come up. I was mortified and could not find the same floors until I came by HD. It was a total shot in the dark but they had them. Yippi!
I bought the floors and had them installed and they look identical to the original floors. Usually this is not the case because of the dye lots are different. But they match and the reason I know is because I had left over floors I was planning to use to finish off the house. We were SUPER HAPPY those didn't go to waste. We were able to use both floors and complete the upstairs. In fact the stair molding also matched as you can see from my pictures. The stairs are the original floors and everything else is the new floors. AMAZING.
You do need to be careful with water because bamboo is a plant and it will mildew. Also the only caveat of this product is that many of the floors were warped and unusable. But HD made it right and gave me what I needed to complete my floors since so much went to waste. I got 25% over the 10% the contractor told me to get because the insurance was paying for it and I was hoping to have some left over. That didn't happen, but everything worked out.
