Best purchase made to date
I was a little hesitant about this with zero reviews at the time of purchase, but my wife wanted this one instead of the distressed brown. Could not be happier with the results so far. Only gave a 4 for quality due to not knowing how it will hold up, but so far we've had no scratches at all with two kids and two large breed dogs playing and sliding on it. Installation was a breeze. There was more work involved in pulling out the old floor and prepping prior to install. Went through about 70 cases with no boards being damaged or having quality issues. This was my first install of laminate flooring so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I couldn't imagine how anything else could be any easier than this was to put down. Only complaint I have is I wish they would add a couple more different boards to sort through. We counted 10 different board patterns and in some places it got a little tricky of picking one that wasn't too close to a duplicate.

Nice thick laminate
We got this on a whim last month to replace an old warped pergo laminate that was in our main hall when we purchased our house 7 years ago. I had some left over tile from kitchen 2 years ago so did 3 x 3 square with glass mosaic tile we found at HD and hose this laminate to go around it. It looks nice and has large pattern so you don't really see any repeating of the grain.
We used the trafficmaster underlayment and placed this over the old linoleum floor( we used blue painters tape on seams because the glue on underlayment isn't all that great). I also chose this because the thickness almost lines up with the tile height. The boards have a nice look and warm feel to the feet walking on them. Floor is quiet to walk on except where I have slight creak in my subfloor which i am going to tighten up from the basement. Do make sure you have a nice new blades for your saws as the extra thickness wears them out. I still have a little bit left to do but from the pictures you can see it's a nice looking product.

We really wanted this flooring to work as we loved the color. Unfortunately, after a couple hours of frustration trying to assemble a couple starter rows I gave up. It appears the boards we had were warped or bowed - tap on one end and the other would pop loose. Someone suggested assembling a full row to attach to the previous row. This is when the bowing became obvious. I should have taken a picture but the frustration level had peaked by this time and I just wanted to be done with it. Fortunately, Home Depot was very good about taking the product back. It was only then that the sales rep commented he had heard similar complaints about the same product line. Further online searches revealed this has been an ongoing problem since at least 2015. That might have been a handy piece of information to have ahead of time.

the installation of this project was very easy we found that when you worked in the direction the directions tell you it went together very fast. the flooring can be installed in reverse. however when doing so it Taps together harder. We found we would damage the tongue-and-groove doing this. To solve this issue we took a scrap piece and cut it in half lengthwise that would lock onto the tongue and groove and then we would put the tapping block against that.no more broken tongues. the reason we had to work backwards was this was an 800 square foot installation throughout the whole house so the kitchen area and a couple of closets had to be worked in backwards from the laying line through the center of the house. we installed this without transitions in doorways or any other room dividers

Very good, easy install.
My first do it yourself flooring adventure. I had to pick an inexpensive product due to funds. So I basically picked this one out of many choices for the looks. Installation was super easy. Measure, cut, snap in place. Can’t get easier then that. If I, being an amateur, could give and sort of advice, it would be to use the required tools to pound every piece tightly together, (the seams), end to end and side to side. This seals the floor quite well. And buy extra cases for any future damaged planks. Water being the biggie. Mostly from entering from the edges along wall. As far as spilled glass of water. I found a spill from the night before and it was still puddled on the floor. Cleaned it up pronto and no damage.
So yes I would recommend this product.

I had planned on engineered wood. I prefer real wood. This crap is compressed cardboard with a freakin picture of wood over it. I was surprised when it arrived as mentioned above I had thought we were purchasing engineered wood. I'm flipping homes so I will use another material next time. David Ingrassano

First time install, almost finished laying a 13 x 14 room with 4 doors. Used Eco Cork underlayment over subfloor crawlspace of OSB. Underlayment was expensive but worth it, no sound when walking on it. And an added plus is you dont need kneepads because the ECO Cork was firm but easy on the knees... went together easily but found you must tap pretty hard on every horizontal end joint to get it to mate right. Was able to cut boards along wall lengthwise with circ saw with laminate blade and jig. My cheap jigsaw also made cutouts easy with Bosch 20 Tpi blade under the door jambs. Miter Chop saw with laminate blade is also a must because end of every row must be cut and you need to be accurate with your cuts. The 12mm thickness mated well with carpet at door thresholds. Floor looks a little darker than picture so you may want to get a sample before ordering. Take your time installing and it should come out perfect. Excellent product.
